

Jullius Distillery is located in Kibbutz Hanita, Western Galilee.
Jullius, that established in 2008, is the first artisan distillery in Israel specializing in production of the finest quality Eaux De Viex ( Fruit brandies) .
All the materials used in the distilling process are regional, the grape pomace, honey and fruit come from the Galilee Mountains.
All manufacturing is done manually with only natural ingredients, there are no added aromatic or flavoring substances, neither are there any additional sweeteners or coloring agents.
Very limited distilling batches and the strict distilling process that is done in a state of the art Copper Pot Still make every numbered and signed bottle a unique creation, well refined and rare of a kind.

Blanc de Galilée
Eau De Vie that is slowly distilled from white grapes pomace, mainly Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Muscat that harvested in the Galilee. A pure and aromatic drink with a smooth and velvety texture.

Marc de Galilee
Eau de vie that made from red grapes Pomace. Aged in oak barrels for 3 years. Has a similar flavor profile to that of high quality brandy, while simultaneously maintaining a wild and fruity character.

Krupnik
Honey eau de vie that is distilled strictly from natural Mead.
Aged for 3 years in Oak barrels. A deep amber colored liquor that has a mild sweetness, velvety texture and a unique wealth of flavors.

Eau de vie de Tangerine
A unique eau de vie – the result of the distillation of a local tangerine mash, that was fermented in low temperatures to retain the natural aromas absorbed in the peel, seeds and juice.

Eau de vie d’Etrog
A unique eau de vie distilled from local citrons (Etrog) that were mashed and fermented in low temperatures to retain the natural aromas absorbed in the peel and the seeds.

Jullius Bitters
A unique Digestife made of wild herbs that foraged in the Galilee. The plants extracted in grape alcohol and then aged in barrels. Powerful emerald colored elixir with a delicate bitter taste.

Akko-wild Gin of Galilee
The first gin in the world ever made only from local Israeli plants – 12 botanicals that grow in the Galilee. The base spirit is made of grapes. A wild aromatic gin with a round and velvety texture.

Jullius VI brandy
Made of Viognier and Colombard grapes. Aged in traditional Limousin Oak barrels. Each single barrel is the source for 550 numbered bottles only. A unique and rare brandy.
