A natural honey wine crafted from a blend of citrus blossom, wildflower, and jujube honeys. A classic mead with a distinctly Galilean character, featuring clean aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom, vanilla, and warm spices.

2. Plum Wine

A natural plum wine aged for three years in oak barrels and fortified with plum spirit from the previous vintage. Only 800 bottles were produced from this limited release.
