Plum wine (“mashu mashu”) –
This liqueur, limited to 800 bottles, was aged in barrels for three years, giving it exceptional depth and concentration. It sits on an imaginary line between Italian Amaretto and Japanese Umeshu. With its rich, plummy and marzipan-like character, it works beautifully both as a dessert wine and an aperitif — served chilled, on the rocks, or neat.
Slivovitz –
The Serbs call it Slivovitz, the Poles and Czechs Slivovice, the Romanians Țuică, and the Hungarians Pálinka. The name might vary, but what matters is that plum brandy is one of the most storied spirits in the world.
Our version is distilled from “Black Splendor” plums, resulting in a spirit that echoes the classic Slivovitz style — yet with a distinctly warm, clear, and local aromatic profile.
